Peter Noel was the oldest alumni at our first Annual Alumni Mass and
Breakfast. He was born in 1918 and graduated from Holy Name
in 1934. Peter passed away in September 2008. May he rest in peace.
Ms.
Jeanne Carroll-Hamilton is currently the Principal of Grandview
Elementary School in Grandview, Michigan. Here she is reading a
story to the Holy Name first graders.

Laura Werema is pictured here holding up a Report Card from Holy Name.
Just imagine, when she was a student, Holy Name had just ONE
report card for all grades, Kindergarten through 8th.
Mr. Mark Eardly is Kentwood Firefighter and was in the Holy Name class of 1998. Here he is reading a book, My Mom is a Firefighter, to the kindergarten class.
Mr.
Terry Bocian is currently the Aquinas College Athletic Director.
He is also a Grand Rapids Hall of Fame coach. Terry was in
the Holy Name class of 1962.

Mr.
Mike Larabel is currently the Chief of Fire Protection at Amway Inc..
He is the former Fire Chief of The City of Wyoming. Here is Mike
speaking to a group of 7th and 8th grade students about careers in Fire
Prevention.

Mr.
Matt Friedman was in the class of 1999. Matt was the chef for our
recent Polish Dinner held on March 30, 2008 at Holy Name. Thank you Matt for all your
help.
Office
Jeff Konwinski Holy Name of Jesus class of 1996 came to read to the 5th
and 6th grade class during Reading Month last year. Jeff is a police
officer with the Kentwood Police Department.
Betsy
LaMora (Pierson) Holy Name of Jesus class of 1990 came and read to our
2nd grade class during this year’s Reading Month.
Alumni
Emily Rushmore (Rogalski) Holy Name of Jesus class of 1999 came and
read to our Middle School students during this year’s Reading
Month.
